Hello, my name is Natalia Ramirez. I joined the JR Bookkeeping team back in August 2012. I started as a bookkeeping assistant with data entry. Every day I have been able to develop skills that have helped me achieve higher standards for our clients. Having been one of the first ones to join the JRB Team, I have had the privilege to develop many of the systems that have allowed us to grow the business along with emphasizing in what is most important to us, our clients. I obtained my AS in Accounting at Oxnard College in 2014 and my BS in Accounting at California Lutheran University in May 2018. I plan to obtain a Masters in Accounting. I currently have the privilege of holding the Operations Manager position working hand on hand with the CEO, along with managing the company’s books, financials and day to day operations. During the weekends I love spending time with my family and husband, who have been our support system all along the way. Hello! My name is Andrea Ramirez, and I have been a part of the JR Bookkeeping team since the beginning in 2012. For a number of years I helped our CEO Juliana with data entry and reconciling, but it wasn’t until late 2019 that I came onboard in a more permanent role as the Administrative Assistant. Today, I enjoy helping our COO Natalia manage the everyday needs of the company and help keep the team on-track with the accounting needs of our clients. Unlike our other team members who have backgrounds in business or finance, I have my B.S. in Biology from San Francisco State University, which I completed in May of 2019. In the near future I plan to begin working on my medical degree, but for the time being I am contentedly devoted to serving and growing with the JR team and am more than eager to help with any of your business’s needs so you can have peace of mind!

My name is Arcenio Hernandez (aka Chemo). I am 26 years old and have been a courier with JR Bookkeeping since 2015. Many of our clients know me from picking up monthly receipts and statements, or delivering their payroll. I really enjoy being a part of this team and look forward to adding new clients to my route.
